We can help with early-access invites, sign-in trouble, account status questions, and reconnecting Fluent after access changes.
Billing happens on meetfluent.app through Stripe, not inside ChatGPT. Fluent does not collect card details directly.
Ask for help exporting your Fluent data, deleting a waitlist request, or starting account deletion during early access.
For bugs in the open-source runtime, use GitHub when possible. If you are unsure whether an issue belongs there, email us and include your setup path.
Early access includes onboarding help and feedback triage. Responses may take a few business days, and urgent production support is not offered yet.
